Sample Data Configuration

New installations of IQ Server generate a sample Application called "Sandbox Application" underneath a sample Organization called "Sandbox Organization." These sandbox structures exist for proof-of-concept demos and to give new users a place to experiment with IQ Server's features.

We recommend that you delete this sample Organization and Application when they're no longer needed. They are not tied to any processes and deleting them will not affect IQ Server functionality in any way.

If you are installing a fresh instance of IQ Server and do not want these Sandbox structures to be automatically created, you can turn them off by editing the configuration file directly prior to running IQ Server for the first time.

1. Find the existing createSampleData property in the config.yml and change it to false.
